Fashion in Films - A Single Man (2009) -

Even though Illustrated-Moodboard is primarily a fashion blog, 

we want to share with our readers everything that inspires us, whether it be cinema, literature, art or any other form of culture.

Today's illustration is a tribute to Tom Ford's debut film, A Single Man (2009), 

based on the novel by Christopher Isherwood.

You could sum up this film with just one word: "beautiful".

Everything in it is aesthetically perfect, from the exquisite costumes, the charming characters and immaculate set design to the breathtaking cinematography 

and the langurous rhythm.

Apart from its impeccable style, A Single Man is also elegantly intelligent 

and of high emotional intensity.

Anche se Illustrated-Moodboard è principalmente un blog di moda, vogliamo condividere con i lettori tutto ciò che ci ispira: cinema, letteratura, arte e qualsiasi forma di cultura.

Secondo noi, questo film si potrebbe definire con una sola parola: "bellissimo".

Tutto è esteticamente perfetto, dagli squisiti costumi agli affascinanti attori, 

dalla scenografia immacolata alla fotografia mozzafiato, al languido ritmo narrativo.

Oltre allo stile impeccabile, A Single Man è anche elegantemente intelligente 

e di alta intensità emotiva.
