The meeting functioned as a pilot study and was held on the same day in London, Paris Frankfurt and Madrid.
After a light lunch at Ford Carpoint we had the chance to test the latest technologies of the car.
Key free, rear view cameras, USB and bluetooth connection, Active City Stop (an automated brake system), the customizable MyKey system and guided parking are only a few of the innovative features that will make the new Ford Fiesta particularly popular among young people.
It has also been underlined that the new Fiesta is aimed at women and based on a research which shows an increasing interest of women in new technologies in the automotive field. Women are in fact resposible for about 62% of all purchases and represent the consumers with the higher level of education.
In the late afternoon we went to the Ice Palace "Sottozero" for an ice-skating session followed by an on-ice show and party.
Sadly we had to leave the lovely hotel and Rome the morning after. And here we are, again in London.

Il 24 di Gennaio siamo state invitate a partecipare all'evento organizzato da Ford Italia a Roma per presentare la nuova Ford Fiesta.
Lo stesso giorno, lo stesso studio pilota si è tenuto anche a Londra, Parigi, Francoforte e Madrid.
Dopo un light lunch al Carpoint Ford abbiamo potuto testare le ultime tecnologie presenti nell'auto.
Niente chiave, telecamere posteriori, connessione USB e bluetooth, Active City Shop (dispositivo di frenata automatica), il sistema personalizzabile MyKey e parcheggio guidato sono solo alcune delle innovative caratteristiche che renderanno la nuova auto particolarmente apprezzata dal pubblico più giovane.
La nuova Ford Fiesta è anche stata pensata per le donne ed è cresciuta sulla base di una ricerca che mostra come l'interesse delle donne per le nuove tecnologie nel settore automobilistico sia in ascesa. I risultati indicano infatti che le donne sono responsabili di circa 62% degli acquisti e sono i consumatori con il livello di cultura più elevato.
Nel tardo pomeriggio ci siamo recati al Palaghiaccio "Sottozzero" per una sessione di pattinaggio seguita da festa e spettacolo on ice.
Purtroppo il giorno seguente abbiamo dovuto lasciate il carinissimo hotel e Roma per tornare a Londra.
