On the October 3rd we had the pleasure to attend, with our newest contributor Carolina, Sorapol SS14 presentation at the Serpentine Gallery Pavilion.
The beautiful location, an endless series of blue cocktails provided by Hapsburg Absinthe and stylish live music performances helped us appreciating the new Sorapol collection to the fullest.
Translucent resin, metallic leathers, PVC, nylons, and silk complete the sumptuousity and experimentation of the silhouettes.
The collection is named after Teavana, which means "Midnight Garden" in Sanskrit and takes inspiration from a mythical forest filled with mysterious creatures and ornate architecture, representing the Buddhist heaven in Thai culture.
Il 3 Ottobre abbiamo avuto il piacere di partecipare, con l'ultima aggiunta al nostro team, Carolina, alla presentazione di Sorapol SS14 nel padiglione della Serpentine Gallery.
La bellissima location, una serie infinita di cocktail blu forniti da Hapsburg Absinthe e musica live ci hanno aiutato ad apprezzare al massimo la nuova collezione di Sorapol.
Resina semitrasparente, pelle con effetto metallico, PVC, nylon e seta completano alla perfezione le silhouette sontuose ed innovative.
La collezione prende il nome da Teavana, che significa "Giardino della Mezzanotte" in sanscrito e si ispira ad una foresta mitologica, popolata da creature misteriose, e riccamente ornata, che rappresenta il paradiso Buddista nella cultura tailandese.
